Cancellation Conditions

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request that you  cancel at least 48 hours in advance by email. We appreciate your understanding that in case of cancellation within this period, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount for the appointment will be charged, unless the slot can be rebooked. The same applies to short-notice bookings (made within 48 hours prior to the appointment). For further information, please refer to our GTCs.
